Pan Fried Dumplings
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan.
2. Arrange a layer of frozen dumplings loosely in the pan.
3. Add water to cover about 2/3 of the dumplings.
4. Cover pan to cook until the water evaporated.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and fry dumplings until brown.
Boiled Dumplings
1. Bring water to boil in a deep sauce pan or stock pot.
2. Put frozen dumplings individually into the boiling water and cover the pot.
3. Cook until the water boils again and the dumplings float to the top.

Steamed Dumplings
1. Arrange frozen dumplings loosely in a greased steamer.
2. Steam over high heat until the meat is cooked, approximately 20 minutes.
